Located in Lakeland Florida, Heatherwood Village is a lovely retirement community for over 55 seniors. Our community features a swimming pool, clubhouse, recreational facilities, off-street parking and this lovely pond in the center of the community. We are pet friendly, small pets only. 

The Heatherwood Village Homeowners' Association of Lakeland (HVHAL) sponsors many events including fitness programs, Bingo, pot luck dinners, monthly dances, Christmas Golf Cart Parade, breakfasts, and Taco Tuesday to name a few.
