Heatherwood Village Homeowners’ Association of Lakeland, Inc. (“We,” “Our,” or “HVHAL”) cares about your privacy and the security of your information. We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information. 

The Privacy Policy describes Our practices in conjunction with your access to the Heatherwood Village of Lakeland, Florida website. We collect only those email addresses from current residents for purposes of communication with residents only.  We do not share this information.

Your email address will give you access to pages on Our website that are designated for Heatherwood Village residents only. If/when you move from Heatherwood, your email will be deleted from our website database and you will no longer have access to Our private pages.  New residents will be added as they arrive if they prefer to have access to these pages while living in the park.
